Marketing Assistant – Intern or Part-Time

Joubert Law Firm is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Baton Rouge office as a Marketing Assistant, working directly with the Director of Marketing and Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning community events
  • Support writing and sending our monthly e-newsletter
  • Help develop 360° content marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to webinars, blog posts, print articles, direct mail, and more
  • Capture photos and videos at events
  • Assist with storyboarded video shoots (lighting, audio, set design, etc.)
  • Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Help track ROI and other performance metrics

Requirements

  • A few years of graphic design and/or video production experience
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Enjoys planning and project management
  • Familiar with all major social media platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
