Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Neil Tepper has called Baton Rouge home for nearly 13 years. A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Neil earned his B.A. in Political Science with minors in Sociology and International Studies—laying a strong foundation for his future in the legal field.

With a passion for justice and advocacy, Neil plans to attend law school in 2026, where he aims to focus on civil rights and employment law. His commitment to helping others and making a meaningful impact drives his work every day at Joubert Law Firm.

Outside of the office, Neil enjoys spending time with his dog, traveling, catching up with friends, and staying active through basketball and other sports. He’s also a fan of movies, TV, and the occasional board game night.
