Laura commenced her role on the Joubert Law Firm team in July 2024 as a Legal Assistant. In her role as Legal Assistant, Laura is instrumental in drafting legal documents, maintaining regular contact with clients, and updating client files to ensure accuracy and readiness for legal proceedings.

Originally hailing from Metairie, Louisiana, Laura has made St. Charles Parish her home for the past two decades. Her career spans 33 years in civil service, primarily with the Jefferson Parish Government, from which she retired. However, her dedication to serving the community inspired her to return to the workforce.

Laura is a devoted mother to her four children: Amanda, David Jr., and twins Nicholas and Lauren. She is also a loving wife to her husband of nearly 35 years. Away from her professional responsibilities, she enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, spending cherished time with her three grandchildren, and tending to her garden.
