John “Johnny” Joubert

John T. Joubert stands as a dedicated advocate for veterans and law enforcement officers, bringing a powerful blend of military service, legal expertise, and community leadership to the table. A Desert Shield and Desert Storm combat veteran, he carries firsthand insight into the challenges service members face, which forms his work as the founder and owner of Joubert Law Firm in Baton Rouge since 2002. He actively supports the veteran community through leadership roles with the Association of the United States Army (New Orleans Chapter) (AUSA), where he is a Board Member and heads its scholarship initiative, and through his service on the Baton Rouge Bar Association Veterans’ Day Committee, including his ongoing tenure as Chair (2022–2025). His commitment extends beyond the courtroom to tangible impact, ensuring veterans receive accurate, fair representation in injury matters.

Johnny's professional and extracurricular pursuits reflect a deep, ongoing dedication to service.  His experiences overseas, including driving commercial vehicles, which now shape his insight into defending those hurt by the same machines when operated by negligent parties. His honors, including the Army Service Ribbon, Army Achievement Medal, Southwest Asia Campaign Medal with two bronze stars, National Defense Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon, and the Louisiana War Cross, underscore a career rooted in discipline, sacrifice, and excellence. Beyond accolades, his work is defined by a passion for keeping veterans properly represented in the legal system, translating battlefield experience into advocacy that helps those who have served navigate complex injury claims and reclaim their lives.
